This page sets out the terms and conditions under which we provide the model appointments offered by Aspinall Aesthetics Training Academy Ltd.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before confirming your requested appointment. You should understand that by confirming any of our model appointments, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.
Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to book an appointment from the site.

HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US
Your request to be a Student Model will be accepted, or not by Aspinall Aesthetics, if accepted you will receive a notification requesting that you confirm your booking online with your debit card details.
Booking means that we will reserve an appointment for you on our booking system with a specific date and time. All bookings are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email confirming that an appointment has been reserved for you on the booking system www.fresha.com. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the booking confirmation and your debit card details have been competed our booking system.
This contract will relate only to those appointments for which we have provided a booking confirmation and card details have been entered by you prior to booking.
PAYMENTS
Payment must be made in full on the day of your confirmed appointment. If you wish to cancel your appointment, you must do so no later than 48 hours before your confirmed appointment time. Failure to do so will result in the full amount being charged to the debit card that you confirmed your booking with.
REFUNDS
All model appointment fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once your appointment has been booked you will be allocated a date and time during our training course for our students to provide treatments for their case studies. Non-refundable cancellations are implemented to ensure a guarantee to our students the models required are secured to complete case studies and training.
In the event that Aspinall Aesthetics Training Academy Ltd is unable to offer said appointment due to cancellations that are out of our control i.e adverse weather conditions, terrorist attacks, flooding, industrial action. An alternative appointment date will be offered.
CANCELLATIONS
Aspinall Aesthetics Training Academy must be notified of any cancellation for any reason 48 hours prior to the appointment time and date. This is to ensure that the appointment scheduled for our students can be recovered in good time for the training date. Failure to inform us of non-attendance will result in your debit card being charged and you will not be offered a model treatment going forward.
NAMED CLIENT/MODEL
Model appointments are transferable to an alternative person if deemed suitable by Aspinall Aesthetics Training Academy Ltd. Please ensure you let us know appointment is made giving the correct name of the person attending the appointment at least 48 hours before the treatment. Amendments to this will be free of charge unless booked for anti-wrinkle treatments or pom appointments, when a £40 fee will be chargeable to cover prescription cost fees.
You must notify us 7 days before the booked appointment date and time to ensure replacement prescriptions have been prescribed. Treatments will not be carried out and loss of appointment fees will occur should we not receive notice within the 7-day period.
If Aspinall Aesthetics Training Academy Ltd should have to cancel the training course your appointment is confirmed for, for reasons outside of our control, we will endeavour to give models at least 24 hours’ notice of any cancellation by telephone and/or email. The academy is not responsible for any accommodation/travelling costs models may incur.
EXPECTATIONS
Please be aware that the purpose of model appointments is for students that are training and not yet qualified in the specific areas. We cannot guarantee the results of the procedure. By acknowledging our model T&C’s you are hereby agreeing that Aspinall Aesthetics Training Academy cannot take responsibility for the results achieved following the procedure. Payments made are non-refundable.
However, in the event of an emergency or an urgent correction that is affecting your health, we advise you contact us as soon as possible to ensure the correct steps are taken to resolve any issues from the procedure. If the correction is non health related, we will arrange for a new appointment for you with one of our trained practitioners however a full additional treatment price will apply.
APPOINTMENT TIMES
Please arrive at the training academy 15 minutes before your start time. This is to ensure anaesthetics/consultations can be completed prior to your appointment. Please note your scheduled appointment time and/or duration may vary due to the treatment being carried out by students. If you arrive 10 minutes later than your confirmed appointment time, you may be refused entry to the appointment. This is to avoid disruption for students on the course.
If you are late arriving in the morning and refused entry, please contact our Student Support Team to reschedule by emailing hello@aspinallaesthetics.com – Please note a fee of £25 will apply to reschedule your appointment.
Please therefore ensure you allow sufficient time for travelling to your appointment. Make use of Google maps on smart phone or print map/directions from our website when planning your journey beforehand, to assist you to locate the clinic on the appointment day.
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGS
Bookings for appointments are made by replying to ‘Model Calls’ on social media/messaging platforms. Once a confirmed time and date has been given you will receive an email of our details requesting confirmation of the appointment by entering your debit card details into our booking system, only once this has been done is your appointment confirmed via our booking system (Fresha) via email/text. Once you have confirmed your appointment you will receive an email/ text confirmation.
Model appointment bookings are not taken directly on our booking system (Fresha), please note that your booking is not confirmed until a confirmation email/text has been sent by our Booking Team to acknowledge your appointment.
