CPD is still important as a yearly requirement to keep up to date with knowledge and experience to maintain professional standards. However, CPD is not regulated so standards cannot be guaranteed.
  • Is level 5-7 mandatory training for Aesthetics Practitioners?
  • Not right now, however the government are pushing (and rightly so) for this industry to be regulated. The government want to ensure that fair and quality training for everyone including medical practitioners to be mandatory. This is likely to also include licencing and a mandatory requirement for regulated training from insurers.
